The purpose of the toll free number is to finalize and confirm reservations made through Our Web Sites. If you are just beginning to plan your vacation to Costa Rica, please contact our travel consultants via E-mail at info@greenwaytours.com and discuss with them the best tour for you.

   WHAT TO HAVE READY:

Because this is an international toll free call, we ask that you help us keep it to a reasonable length by having the following information ready before you dial: 

• The name of the travel consultant with whom you have been working 
• Your planned itinerary, including dates and destinations 
• The number of people in your party and ages of any children 
• A list of any questions you would like to ask our travel consultants. 
• Your E-mail address and fax number.

Credit cards:

To begin processing your reservation we can take your credit card information over the phone. However we also ask that you fill out, print and fax our Credit Card Authorization Form to the number (506) 240-0309 (you will need to request a fax tone.) Our services are provided to you free of charge, through wholesale agreements between GREENWAY TOURS / SHORE EXCURSIONS and our local suppliers.
