We were extremely pleased with our vacation and the service your company provided.  It all went off without a hitch!  Ollie was wonderful - very knowledgable and very friendly.  He even made the long drives fun!  We liked all the activities - it would be hard to pick a favorite.  I would say that the hotel in Manuel Antonio (Caliste Eclipse) was not up to the same standard as the others we satyed in.  Rooms were noisy (we could hear the guy above us snoring) the service was so-so and the place was looking rather shabby.  However, the rooms were huge, which was nice.  Mawamba was terrific, as was the Neotropic (where the staff were great and very nice to the two teenagers in our party).  We really liked the chocolate tour at the reserve next door.  The hotel at Arenal was lovely and our rooms had spectacular views.  I will most definitely recommend your company to my many friwends who hope to visit Costa Rica.

       Yes . We had a wonderful trip. The people of Costa Rica where very friendly and courteous. The arrangements for the transportation and the hotels where great. The drivers of all the trips where really great in their punctuality and in their driving.  I was very scared about doing the ZIPline tour. But the company you chose where extremely thorough in their job and it was a very fun filled trip.

I would recommend your company to anyone who  wants to take a trip to Costa Rica. I plan to make another trip in a few years and would certainly use your company.

Great tour, it's a cliché perhaps, but we truly had the "vacation of a lifetime".  Feel free to use the following testimonial on your website.

We just got back from our trip to Costa Rica (the Eco Adventure Tour with the private transfer option).  It was fabulous!  I have to admit that when I booked with you, I was a bit apprehensive.  I had only dealt with large American tour companies before, and though I did my "homework" and checked you out (glowing testimonials from former clients and good reports from government agencies and travel agent associations) I just didn't know what to expect from a comparatively small Costa Rican tour company.  However, as soon as I met the friendly driver who picked us up at the airport, I knew my worries were over.  All the hotels you booked for us were wonderful.  In fact, the one we stayed at in Monteverde (hotel De Establo), was the most luxurious hotel we had ever stayed in anywhere; with breathtaking views from our balcony of the forested mountains and the Golfo De Nicoya beyond.  The guided tours were great.  I am reasonably certain that the cost of the hotel stays alone, had we booked them ourselves, would have cost more than the entire tour.  All our transfers were right on time (even a bit early in one case), the drivers friendly and moderately fluent in English (my wife speaks some Spanish, but she rarely had to use it) and the vehicles clean and in good repair.  I will always remember one particular transfer; the one  from Arenal to Monteverde.  We were picked up at our hotel and taken a few miles to a boat launch on Lake Arenal.  We didn't quite know why we were stopping.  The driver moved our luggage to a large tour boat, and as the only passengers on a boat designed to carry 20 or more people we motored for about 30 minutes across the lake taking in the beautiful tropical scenery with Volcan Arenal in the background, to be met on the other side by another driver to complete our journey.  Not only did we save a few hours with this shortcut (going straight across rather than around Lake Arenal), but we felt like royalty.  It's not often that a package tour transfer becomes a cherished memory!

In short EVERYTHING on our tour was perfect.  I don't know when we will get a chance to visit Costa Rica again (soon, I hope), but I would have no hesitation at all in booking with Greenway Tours.

As an interesting side note.  We flew out of Charlotte, NC.  Since Charlotte is several hours from our home, and our flight left in the morning, we decided to book a suite at the Homewood Suites near the airport for the night before our flight.  For this booking, we used the giant online travel company Expedia.com.  We got to the hotel late at night, after a long drive through a terrible thunderstorm, only to find that Expedia had botched our reservation and the hotel did not have any rooms available.  We called Expedia and ended up talking to a "customer service rep" in India who did not have the authority to correct the problem.  After being put on hold for more than 30 minutes while the "customer service rep" consulted with her supervisor, we gave up and had the night manager at the Homewood Suites call other hotels and book us a room.  It took more than an hour, as all the nearby hotels were booked up.  I am telling you this because  I found it ironic that your small company could handle an entire 8 day tour of Costa Rica without a single problem and a "mega giant" online travel company like Expedia couldn't manage a single night's lodging in the US and could not correct the problem in a timely manner.

We had a tour to the canals and the pineapple plantation on Feb. 8 along with the Holloways. Our guide was Mario, an exceptional young man, who has such a vast knowledge of flora and fauna in Costa Rica.  We wanted you to know how much we enjoyed that morning. It was probably the highlight of our cruise. Mario and the boat operator were great at searching out birds and sloths and bats, etc.. for us to view. One sloth was even moving about, no more than 10 ft from our boat. we learned a lot about the growing and processing of pineapples and oh.... the samples we enjoyed! We're so glad we booked with you. Please, tho', could you have a tollfree number accessible in Canada too? Many visitors to Costa Rica are Canadians.

We all returned home today from a wonderful cruise of Central America and all agree that one of the highlights of the cruise was our visit to Costa Rica and our tour that was arranged by Greenway.  Your guide, Paul, was excellent.  He was friendly and full of information and made fine suggestions about what to see and do in the time we had.   He gave us a good education on the rain forest and on Costa Rica in general.  He was very good at spotting birds and animals.  He is very knowledgeable about the ecology of the region.  Your driver was also very good and both young men were fun to be with for the day. We were very satisfied with the tour and will recommend Greenway to others.
